Every year, thousands flock to Canary Wharf to brighten up their winter. The London winter lights will showcase 12 new dazzling installations in addition to the long-loved permanent light artwork. Point A Canary Wharf is only a 15 minute walk away from the exhibition, and rapid routes to central London for more winter joy.

Chinese New Year (February 10)

Chinese New Year in London hosts the festival's biggest celebration outside Asia. The yearly parade, stage performances and fantastic food attracts visitors from all over. The festivities are dotted around the west end, close to Point A Westminster and Paddington.

A half term in London with the kids (February 10-18)

Stuck for a week at home in the cold winter months is never an easy feat. Luckily, London has a lot of free activities that are child (and parent friendly). From a real whole T-REX skeleton, to an interactive walkthrough of the stomach, London museums will leave your little ones with lasting memories. These museums are near Point A Kensington.

Here are some of our favourite FREE museums:

St Patrick's Day Dublin (March 15-17)

Although this festival is celebrated worldwide, nowhere does it quite like Dublin. You will become absorbed by the city’s vibrant showcase of green and orange, with festivities all weekend. From the St Patrick’s parade, to the circus, and even a music festival - this exciting getaway to the Emerald Isle will provide lasting energy to get you through to the summer. Point A Dublin is on the doorstep of the celebrations and a 15 minute walk from the centre of town!

Taste Of London (June 14-18)

From Ethiopia to Italy, taste of London’s yearly festival in Regents Park highlights food from around the globe. Coffee tasting, fire pit mastering and beer trailing are just some of the things you can do at this 5 day feast. The indulgence is met with great vibes from DJ sets, around the piano singalongs and much more. Point A Paddington is just 15 mins away from this serotonin fuelled festival.

Edinburgh Fringe (August 2-26)

There’s a reason people put these dates in their calendar's a year in advance. The performing arts take no prisoners, and this 75-year-old festival is testament to that. You will see some of the world’s best comedians, actors and musicians do what they do best. Point A Edinburgh is only 12 minutes away from the heart of this celebration of talent.
