What time is check in and check out?
Check in from 3:00pm. We can offer early check in from 12:00pm* for an additional charge of €15.
Check out by 11:00am. We can offer late check out by 2:00pm* for an additional €15. Please contact the front desk to inquire, the earlier we are aware of your request, the easier it is for us to accommodate!

Do you offer express check out?
Yes, we do! On your departure day, you’ll get an email to express check out—it’s quick and takes less than 30 seconds.
Once you check out, our team will prepare the room for the next guest, so make sure you're ready to leave before completing it. Your VAT invoice will be emailed to you soon after.
Luggage storage
We can store your luggage for free on the day of your departure.
Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collect before midnight.
How do I enter the hotel at night
Night time access is secured, so please use your room key to enter between 11:00pm & 6:00am.
How do I change the temperature & lighting?

Please note, any changes made to A/C or temperature can take up to 20 minutes to feel the effect. If you require any further assistance please ask the front desk team who will be happy to help.
Hairdryer, hangers & safe
The hairdryer can be found by pressing the pop-out door on your desk.
The safe is located by the bed, or under one of the bedside tables.
Hangers are in your room hanging on the wall, if not, please ask a host at the front desk
Do you have an iron?
The ironing room is located on the ground floor. Just follow the signs!
When are rooms cleaned?
Rooms are cleaned daily including towels changed. Room linen is changed after 3 nights.

Where and when can I get snacks & drinks?
At our Parnell Street location, Moore Lane is the place to be, from morning coffees to evening cocktails. It’s currently our only property serving an all-day menu.
Snacks and drinks are available 24/7. We serve alcoholic drinks from 11:00am to 10:30pm

Do you have car parking at this hotel?
Our hotel is super central and so we don’t have on-site parking.
We recommend parking at the Q-Park The Spire with an entrance on Cathal Brugha Street.
Point A guests pay a discounted rate of €29 for 24hours. To redeem the discount, take a paper ticket on entry and carry this with you.
Point A is the perfect spot to stay at if you're in Dublin for a couple of nights and want to be within walking distance of some historical landmarks and tourist spots. But what really made our stay special was the service. We were celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and Reece went above and beyond in making it a special stay for us. Truly, thanks to him, we had an amazing stay and we would gladly stay at Point A again!
