How do I change the temperature & lighting?
Please note, any changes made to A/C or temperature can take up to 20 minutes to feel the effect.

Hairdryer, Hangers & Safe
The hairdryer can be found by pressing the pop-out door on your desk.
The safe is located by the bed, or under one of the bedside tables.
Hangers should be in your room hanging on the wall, if not, please ask a host at reception.
Do you have an Iron?
The ironing rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Just follow the signs!
When are rooms cleaned?
Rooms are given a full clean, including change of sheets and towels, after 3 days.
If you need anything at any time, extra towels or other amenities, just ask at the Front Desk.
What time is check out?
Check out is at 11:00am. If you need to sleep off last night’s adventures, you can check out at 14:00, subject to availability, for an additional £15. Please contact hotel reception to inquire, the earlier we are aware of your request, the easier it is for us to accommodate!
Luggage Storage
If you need somewhere to put your bags, we have luggage storage. We charge £3 per bag pre check in and after check out.
Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collect before 12:00am.
All about breakfast
Breakfast is available every day from 06:30 to 10:30 Monday-Friday & 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends and bank holidays.
Avoid rush hour! Busy times are Mon - Fri 7:30 – 8:30, and Sat/Sun 10:00 - 11:00.

For guests booking via third party channels, breakfast can be purchased upon arrival at the hotel. The cost is £11.95 in London.
Where and when can I get snacks & drinks?
Snacks, hot drinks and soft drinks are available 24/7. The bar is open 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
